The Launch of Pet Health Direct

Pet Health Direct has been set up by two vets who are not interested in providing anything other than premium service and products.  An apt comparison would be that we are not looking to be Tesco but rather be a Whole Foods market with organic items and boutique items.  We want to cater to households whose pets are family members and who will appreocate that the better products availabel may cost a little more and that is a price that is Additionally, we are looking for people who feel a need to give back and don’t mind paying a bit more if revenue is going to a good cause.   We are looking to provide c. 5% of operating profit to UK pet related charity Our Special Friends (www.ourspecialfriends.org). This unique positioning allows us to focus on superior products, service and charitable giving that other pet e-commerce sites do not resonate with.
